ICT 2026 Journal — Grade A+ [Backtest] — shows Grade Table, FVG, BSL/SSL on chart
Open on TradingView →

Step 1 — Grade Your Setup

Before entering a trade, grade your setup based on how many ICT conditions are met.

A+All 6 components present. Highest RR, rarest setup. Use full risk.
AHas CBS or HTF POI. Strong setup. Use full risk.
B+4 B-tier components. Decent setup. Half risk.
BPartial components. Weak setup. Quarter risk or skip.

Step 2 — Check the 6 Components

Tick every ICT component that is present in your setup. The more you have, the higher the grade.

CBSCandle Stick Bias — higher timeframe directional bias confirmed.
HTF POIHigher Timeframe Point of Interest — price at a key HTF level.
MSSMarket Structure Shift — candle must CLOSE beyond the swing (not just wick).
Liquidity SweepPrice sweeps buy/sell-side liquidity before reversing.
ImbalanceFair Value Gap (FVG) or BPR present at entry area.
LTF POILower Timeframe Point of Interest — refined entry on 1M or 15sec chart.

Step 3 — Log the Trade

Fill in entry, stop loss, take profit, and result. Switch between Backtest and Live mode.

BacktestTesting your system on historical data. Log 50+ trades before going live.
LiveReal trades with real money. Compare vs your backtest stats.

Step 4 — Read Your Dashboard

After 20+ trades, your dashboard will show which grade and session actually makes you money.

Win Rate by GradeIf A+ is 70%+ and B is below 50% — stop trading B setups.
Avg RR by GradeHigher grade should give higher RR. If not, review your entries.
Session StatsFind your best session (London / NY / Overlap) and focus there.
💡 Pro Tip

Start with Backtest mode only. Log 50 A+ trades first, then add Grade A. This is Phase 1 of the ICT Backtest Framework.
